About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Affréteur (H/F) to join our team in Cognac. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating transportation operations for our clients and agencies, leveraging a portfolio of reliable and referenced suppliers. Your primary objectives will be to ensure efficient commercial, administrative, financial, and technical operations, while achieving annual targets set by the management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement transportation solutions that meet client needs in terms of delivery time and product conformity.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients, negotiating prices and developing business opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on transportation options and logistics strategies.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement corrective actions to address any issues.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
Requirements
  • Higher education in Transport, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Knowledge of incoterms and logistics regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
