About the Position:
As a proficient forklift operator (R489 category), you excel in navigating pallet rack aisles with precision and safety. Your expertise ensures the safety of your colleagues while efficiently preparing orders using voice guidance or PDT systems. Our training center is seeking a Logistics Instructor for a permanent position. Following a tailored training and integration program, your responsibilities will include:
  • Designing and delivering training sessions in logistics, both in classroom settings and practical driving
  • Guiding trainees towards achieving Professional Titles, including R489, Warehouse Forklift Operator, Order Picker, and Warehouse Operator Professional Titles
  • Providing pre-training consultation to clients and partners
  • Developing training curricula and educational strategies
  • Managing the administrative aspects of training and assessing candidates' competencies
  • Fostering trust and motivation among learners throughout their educational journey

Ideal candidates will possess:
  • CACES R certification, preferably with a Logistics Bac + 2 or at least a level IV (Bac) qualification in Logistics
  • A genuine passion for teaching and sharing knowledge to revitalize your career
  • Strong motivation coupled with excellent interpersonal abilities
  • A minimum of 150 days of practical experience and/or instruction in CACES within the last five years; holding a CACES testing title is advantageous
