We are seeking experienced Data Customer Insights Specialists to join our Data team. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to improving customer knowledge and providing data-driven insights to our marketing teams. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting customer behavior analyses
- Developing segmentation strategies
- Creating scoring models (churn, appetite, etc.)
- Analyzing campaign performance
You will work on end-to-end projects, from brief development to result presentation and marketing recommendations to clients. As an experienced professional, you may also have the opportunity to mentor junior colleagues or provide guidance on client projects.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in statistics, science, or economics
- Significant experience in marketing, preferably in a consulting environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (Python, R, SAS, SQL, Dataiku, Tableau/Power BI)
You will also have a strong interest in advanced methodologies such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
