Key Responsibilities- Project Leadership: Lead and manage data analytics projects with a specific focus on customer insights, ensuring alignment with client needs and delivering actionable recommendations.
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to analyze customer data, identify key trends, and generate insights that drive informed business decisions.
- Advanced Analytics: Lead advanced data analytics projects leveraging the power of machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver integrated, comprehensive solutions.
- Reporting and Visualization: Oversee the creation of dashboards, reports, and visualizations that clearly and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.
- 7+ years' experience in Data Analytics, Customer Analytics Strategy, or strategy consulting specialized in data topics.
- Both data and business analytics skills.
- Structured mindset, great problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking.
- Master data analytics tools/languages: SQL, Python, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Fluent in both French and English.
