Job Title: Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at The MathWorks, Inc. (FR). As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs to support our sales teams and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to align with sales objectives and drive lead generation
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand their territories, industries, and accounts, and develop targeted marketing programs
  • Create integrated marketing campaigns that support pipeline acceleration for specific industries and applications
  • Work with technical and sales teams to develop messaging and value propositions for integrated campaigns
  • Identify key influencer organizations in our ecosystem to collaborate with and drive partnerships
  • Develop and drive plans for PR, social selling, and influencer activities supporting sales and company priorities
  • Work with internal teams to develop targeted and engaging content to be leveraged for awareness, lead generation, and prospecting
  • Perform detailed analysis of tactics, channels, and offers with recommendations to improve our mix of programs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience)
  • Very solid organizational and project management skills
  • Experience partnering with senior sales teams comprised of sales, technical, and industry stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build and deliver multi-touch, integrated marketing programs
  • Experience in program design and execution of a wide range of lead generating activities
  • Natural business curiosity and appetite for learning about customer needs and workflows
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills that leverage data for decision-making
  • Team player with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluent written and spoken French and English are essential
