Job Description
As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial development of our activities (sale of AT engineering services) for industrial clients in the aerospace and defense sectors.
Your missions will include:
- Prospecting new clients and markets in line with the strategy defined by the business unit management to develop sales in your area (PACA region),
- Analyzing client needs and conducting feasibility studies,
- Developing commercial proposals for clients,
- Responding to tenders and ensuring client negotiations,
- Analyzing market evolutions to adapt our service offerings,
- Deploying the recruitment process,
- Recruiting and managing employees on missions with clients.
(P.S. : Who says agency creation says team expansion and therefore a role evolving towards a management position)
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Engineering or Business (Bac+5),
- Significant commercial experience of 3 to 5 years acquired within an engineering company, on the sale of technical assistance services,
- Knowledge of the local network on aerospace and defense markets,
- Strong relational skills and a taste for challenge,
- A strong commercial temperament and good knowledge of the local tissue.
