At Kyndryl, we are seeking a highly skilled SAP Managing Consultant S/4HANA to join our team. As a key member of our presales engagement, planning, and implementation/integration of SAP RISE transformation projects, you will play a decisive role in ensuring the successful delivery of our SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the SAP transformation effort within the country, across accounts, and sales teams to leverage Kyndryl's value proposition for engagement presales and delivery execution.
- Develop and manage proposals for SAP Consulting Services, providing presales support, messaging, strategy, and guidance for SAP projects to trigger SAP RISE and S/4 transformations.
- Define and assess business application requirements, including BPML, WRICEF, use cases, and detailed design support for implementation of client business processes and customization needs.
- Define requirements for SAP software, landscapes on hyperscalers, and S/4HANA PCE (private cloud edition) fitted to client needs.
- Develop business applications executive management relationships in client organizations.
- Create a customer roadmap for the SAP S/4HANA transformation.
- Plan and control the implementation of the designed SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP solution in your scope, providing scope and change request management.
- Realize the SAP functional integration on your application domain area.
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with at least 7 years of consulting experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations on functional domains like finance, logistics, or manufacturing. You should have a proven track record of technical/functional application integration, with responsibility for scope and schedule of your segment.
- Strong understanding of ABAP code and ABAP development team management.
- SAP project methods and best practices (Activate) and toolings accelerators.
- Very good presentation and communication skills, with strong skills in English and French.
- Ability to work in virtual or distributed teams around the world, with experience of global integrated delivery, nearshore, and offshore teams.
- Team player who can train and supervise others.
- Ability to travel.
