SAP Maintenance and Inventory Lead

ENGIE's Transformation Program seeks an experienced SAP Maintenance and Inventory Lead to drive the company's ambitious transformation program.

Come be part of a talented team of driven people, with servant leaders keen on coaching you and making you grow. As an SAP Maintenance and Inventory Lead, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the maintenance and inventory processes within our company.

Your main missions will be:

  1. Transverse coordination and team management composed of SAP experts on the functional domain
  2. Closely interact with business and external partners to build trustful relationships and assist in cross-GBUs coordination and mutualization
  3. Responsible for global deliveries on the domain as per project constraints, including quality, planning, and budgeting
  4. Carry out reporting internally to management and contribute to coordinating project actors and technicians
  5. Analyze changes to the SAP organizational structure and implement new regulations in the areas of maintenance & inventory management
  6. Participate in cross-functional project meetings to promote an integrated approach to business process management

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of SAP modules PM (Plant Maintenance) and MM (Material Management)
  • Leadership experience in transverse management and large team cross-coordination
  • Experience of working in project management mode
  • Excellent written communication skills to propose clear, simple, and appropriate solutions and deliverables
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team is essential
