Job Summary
As a Store & LiveOps Performance Manager at Ageelink, you will play a crucial role in defining and executing the global promotional strategy for our games across various platforms. Your primary objective will be to maximize the discoverability and revenue of our titles.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize merchandising, trade, and promotions policies for each store, staying ahead of digital distribution trends.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, including publishing, development, digital stores, and licensing teams.
- Collect, analyze, and visualize data to inform strategic decisions regarding digital distribution.
- Participate in planning and promotional projects across all platforms, negotiating schedules and pricing with stakeholders.
- Coordinate digital content offers and releases in conjunction with marketing and business teams.
- Analyze and report on sales, DAU, attach rate, and other key metrics to drive business decisions and strategies, particularly for LiveOps/GaaS titles.
Requirements
- Proven expertise in the video game industry.
- Passion for video games, especially indie games and retrogaming.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- 5+ years of experience as a Store/Analytics Manager in video games or the entertainment industry.
- MBA in marketing and/or data science.
- Knowledge of GaaS, LiveOps, and other new gaming business models is essential.
- Fluency in English and excellent organizational and communication skills.
