Job Description

As a Senior Director of Data Engineering at Publicis Sapient, you will be responsible for leading the development of our data engineering capabilities and driving the implementation of data-driven solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a data engineering strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead a team of data engineers to design, develop, and deploy data solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, security, and governance
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, business leaders, and technical teams
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong background in cloud-based data platforms
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex data engineering projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance principles
  • Experience with data engineering tools and technologies, including AWS, Azure, and GCP
