Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at AIA Cuers-Pierrefeu. As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for consolidating and coordinating business data, contributing to the monitoring of achievements through the implementation of dashboards, and ensuring the monitoring and analysis of cost-of-sale performances.
In this role, you will work closely with business managers to support them in business reviews, as well as with the accounting department and the management team. Your main mission will be to develop annual forecasts and monitor achievements in the field of business management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoting and coordinating business reviews in collaboration with project managers
- Participating in the development of business budgets
- Establishing monthly and quarterly business performance dashboards and cost analysis
- Contributing to the quality of business accounting data (invoicing, outstanding amounts, provisions, etc.)
- Promoting the analysis of discrepancies and contributing to the monitoring of action plans
- Participating in monthly and quarterly closures
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in business management and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position. You will also need to have advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a solid understanding of financial analysis. Knowledge of SAP, particularly the CO and PS modules, would be a significant asset.
