Job Title: HR Business Partner
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Forvia. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning the company's people strategy with local business needs. You will act as an administrative HR expert and be the trusted go-to partner for employees in your perimeter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as trusted HR expert for all Forvia employees in your perimeter
- Manage the organizational structure and the recruitment process
- Manage all operational administrative tasks regarding HR topics
- Execute local and global HR initiatives like employee surveys, Employer Branding initiatives, employee events and change projects
- Coordination of the external HR service providers
- Oversee and supervise the onboarding, training and employee development processes
- Preparation of reports and analyses
- Coordinating and conducting the employee evaluation and bonus process
- Participation in audits and controls regarding managed areas
- Closed cooperation with the workers council or union if applicable
Requirements:
- BA / BSc HR, business administration or related
- MA / MSc HR, business administration or related preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in an operative HR role
- Good understanding of organizational topics in an industrial setting
- Solid knowledge of local HR legislation
- Strong Business Partner acumen combined with a consultant mindset
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in the local language and good English skills
- Very good MS Office skills
- First experience with HR management systems like SAP SuccessFactors is beneficial
