Chief Marketing Officer - B2B Marketing Manager

Join our team at Santévet Group, a leading animal health insurance company in France and Belgium, with operations in Germany, Spain, and Italy. As a B2B Marketing Manager, you will be part of our Marketing Department and play a key role in developing and implementing our B2B marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize our CRM strategy using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for B2B and various databases.
  • Implement and deploy a B2B CRM and lead generation strategy, targeting B2B customers (newsletters, lead nurturing, conversion, loyalty).
  • Leverage digital media (Meta, LinkedIn) to launch POCs and drive business growth.
  • Coordinate projects within your scope and mobilize various stakeholders.
  • Supervise the creation of B2B marketing content.
  • Develop a B2B marketing calendar in collaboration with international teams.
  • Deploy marketing and communication plans, including PLV, events, digital, CRM, webinars, social media, etc.
  • Pilot the deployment of this B2B marketing plan in close collaboration with stakeholders in France and internationally.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role in a digital environment and international context.
  • Higher education in Marketing or Commerce.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Agile methodology is a plus.
  • Excellent English language skills (C1-C2 level).
