We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Executive to join our team at Commify. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their main point of contact
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products
- Onboard new customers and guide them through the implementation process for a smooth transition
- Monitor customer usage and identify any potential issues or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to address customer needs and resolve any issues
- Keep customers updated on new features, upgrades, and enhancements
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to continuously improve our services
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the software or technology industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Competitive Salary (€30,000 to €35,000)
