As a Senior Tech Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that product-related processes and data within the system are accurately defined, designed, developed, and rolled out.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as an SAP/Technology knowledge leader for functional teams and provide knowledge transfer to team members as necessary on O2C topics.
- Guide technical teams in best practices for SAP ERP technical part of the implementation.
- Ensure appropriate technical design in compliance with architecture standards.
- Plan and organize, support, track, and report necessary activities to be performed by his or her team to secure successful delivery.
- Identify and orchestrate needs for collaboration amongst the various delivery teams.
- Assess risk, define, and track action plans.
- Master's degree in engineering or business school.
- 10-12 years of experience in consumer goods industry and commercial process.
- Extensive experience of large-scale implementation.
- Expert of SAP in relevant modules and delivery methodology.
- Fluent in English, French, and Spanish appreciated but not mandatory.
