Your Role: Building Maintenance Technician
As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. You will work closely with site managers and maintenance teams to provide technical support, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Technical Expertise: Provide on-site technical assistance to resolve building maintenance issues, perform routine inspections, and implement preventative maintenance strategies.
- Contract Management: Oversee contractual obligations related to building services, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon terms and conditions.
- Safety & Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and maintain compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Budget Management: Monitor expenses, participate in budget planning, and optimize costs while maintaining service quality.

Your Qualifications:
