Astek, a global engineering and technology consulting company, is seeking a Business Analyst to join its team in Grenoble, France. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects by analyzing business needs and developing solutions that meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Model existing business processes and propose improvements or optimizations.
- Develop detailed functional specifications, including use cases, process flow diagrams, and scenarios.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure mutual understanding of requirements and proposed solutions.
- Participate in project planning and management to ensure business objectives are met within agreed timelines and budget.
- Degree in engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
