Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Digital Customer Experience team at Schneider Electric. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
- Design innovative solutions that meet business needs, working closely with technology teams.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic objectives and technological capabilities.
- Present project findings, recommendations, and updates to various audiences.
- Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and identify risks or deviations from the plan.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
- Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
