We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our strategic growth efforts in France. This is a critical role that will drive the financial management and controls of our French operations, ensuring tight cash management and accurate cash forecasting.

• Oversee P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Drive productivity savings and OPEX initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage commercial and manufacturing activities to optimize financial performance.
• Build a forward-looking financial support function, improving current capabilities and setting up necessary policies, processes, and tools.

• Contribute to developing a more integrated company operating in a matrix organization.
• Increase productivity and efficiency within the French organization by driving sales, margin, and expense performance.
• Co-define the commercial and pricing strategy with the global management team.

We are looking for a proactive, high-energy individual with at least 15 years of experience in Financial Management and Controls. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a similar discipline, possibly combined with an MBA or similar higher education.
• Experience as a country and/or regional/commerce FD, with P&L responsibility in a mid-size to large multinational environment.
• Excellent people management skills with international teams of professionals.
• Fluent in French and business proficiency in English.
