The Job
SQLI NANTES is looking for an IT Project Manager (H/F).
You will join our team and accompany our growth with our various clients in the Nantes region (notably in the energy, retail, parcel transport, and other sectors) You will be in charge of defining, implementing, and leading a SI project from its conception to its reception, respecting quality, performance, cost, deadline, and security.
Your missions:
- Ensure the follow-up of actions to guarantee the respect of objectives in terms of functionalities, service levels, deadlines, costs, risks...
- Take charge of the technical management of projects and pilot client satisfaction.
- Supervise project teams under your responsibility.
- Participate in the construction of commercial proposals and responses to calls for tenders in collaboration with our commercial teams.
Beyond your project, you will contribute to the different communities of the agency: Technical Community, Agile / UX Community, Agency Life Community; you will also be able to participate in meetups and publish articles to share your experiences and learn from your colleagues.
Your Profile
And you in all this?
- You are a graduate of higher education in computer science (Engineering School / Master or equivalent), with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management (ideally acquired in the digital / IT / ESN field).
You have the following skills:
Understanding of technical and commercial needs. Definition of technical and functional requirements. Technical team management. Agile methods. Respect of deadlines, budget, and quality.- Ideally, you have already had the opportunity to work on projects related to subjects such as Java, DevOps, Scrum.
- Equipped with excellent interpersonal skills and natural leadership, you know how to accompany and evolve your teams. You know how to manage priorities, be oriented towards client satisfaction, and have a sense of service.
