Your Role and Responsibilities:
As an apprentice at ATR, you will be fully integrated into a team, taking on real responsibilities and having a genuine impact. This is a unique opportunity to enhance your skills and gain valuable experience within a leading company in the aviation sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination:
- Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for meetings.
- Support the development of PowerBi dashboards.
- Contribute to the organization of various events such as Operator Conferences and Customer Days.
- Customer Satisfaction Improvement Initiatives:
- Compile and track all improvement actions.
- Prepare presentations and documentation for meetings.
- Assist in the creation of PowerBi/Qualtrics dashboards.
- Facilitate communication with customers.
- Technical Support Duties:
- Identify and analyze recurring technical issues within the operational fleet that necessitate in-depth investigation regarding airworthiness, design, reliability, or quality.
- Collaborate with various departments to define mitigation strategies and resolve in-service challenges.
- Oversee activities to ensure proper governance of the customer service and technical support knowledge database.
- Coordinate contributions from Engineering, Quality, Program, and Purchasing departments to ensure effective execution of technical support actions for ATR operators.
This Apprenticeship is Ideal for You If:
- You possess at least a Bac +2 in engineering or project management and are eligible for a work-study program. Familiarity with Lean management and IT environments is advantageous.
- You are proactive and innovative, consistently bringing new ideas to the table.
- You excel in teamwork, capable of connecting and coordinating multicultural teams and cross-functional initiatives.
- You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- You are fluent in both French and English.
