Position OverviewThe Agency Manager will play a crucial role in:
- Launching the Lyon branch of NJ4Tech
- Collaboratively developing a targeted client portfolio with operational leadership
- Identifying and engaging key prospects for business development
- Executing outreach initiatives including calls, emails, and networking events
- Conducting face-to-face or virtual meetings with potential clients
- Working closely with the recruitment team to define local staffing needs
- Participating in the recruitment process, including candidate interviews
- Evaluating applications and making final hiring decisions
- Overseeing the recruitment cycle and ensuring successful onboarding
- Managing team dynamics and operational oversight
- Promoting NJ4Tech's brand and reputation within the region
Ideal candidates will possess a Master's or Engineering degree, complemented by a technical or commercial background. A minimum of 2 years' experience in IT or industrial consulting is required. Candidates should demonstrate a strong sense of accountability, enthusiasm for tackling challenges, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
