We're seeking a skilled Data Strategist to drive business growth and innovation at Beamy. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and enhancing our product's data potential.

About the Role

Beamy helps large enterprises monitor technology usage, generating millions of event reports daily. Our data enables customers to understand employee technology adoption and critical business tools. However, we're under-exploiting this valuable asset due to limited manpower. We're looking for a Data Strategist to unlock our data's full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large data volumes to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that drive business decisions.
  • Develop, test, and deploy advanced models and algorithms to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client data needs and communicate complex findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in data statistics and insights.
  • Strong data exploration skills (SQL/Big Query) and proficiency in Python (Pandas,...) and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, pytorch, tensorflow,...).
  • Bilingual in French or native language.
  • No BI-oriented experience.
