Join Our Team as a Data Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Strategist to join our team at Beamy. As a Data Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing the data potential of our product.

About Beamy

Beamy is a leading provider of technology monitoring solutions for large enterprises. We help our customers understand how their employees use technology, and we have a vast amount of data at our disposal. However, we believe that this data is under-exploited, and we need a talented Data Strategist to help us unlock its full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large volumes of data to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that can deliver value to our users or drive technical decisions.
  • Develop, test, and deploy advanced and/or predictive models and algorithms to enhance data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and operations, to understand client's data needs.
  • Communicate complex findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience with data statistics and insights.
  • Strong data exploration skills (SQL/Big Query).
  • Proficiency in Python (Pandas,...) and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, pytorch, tensorflow,...).
  • Bilingual in French or native language.
