Position Overview

Become a vital part of the International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) team during this dynamic phase of development. The recent integration of IFF and Frutarom has established us as a premier entity in taste, fragrance, and nutrition, enabling us to offer a broader spectrum of natural solutions to our clientele and advancing our growth initiatives.

Role Responsibilities

As a Quality Control Analyst, your primary responsibilities will encompass:

  • Conducting chemical, physical, and sensory evaluations of raw materials in accordance with established protocols.
  • Performing routine equipment checks and executing minor maintenance as required.
  • Ensuring accurate labeling and proper storage of retained samples.
  • Utilizing computerized inventory systems and Microsoft Excel for effective data management.
  • Maintaining a clean laboratory environment in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices.
  • Following relevant Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Food Safety guidelines.
  • Engaging in various Quality Control tasks and contributing to the overall improvement of IFF within the Quality sector.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A solid understanding of basic mathematics, scientific principles, and quality terminology.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, with experience in database management tools such as Microsoft Access and Excel.
  • The ability to identify inspection discrepancies and resolve them efficiently.

Educational Background

A Bachelor's Degree in a Science-related discipline (such as chemistry, biology, or food science) or a High School Diploma accompanied by 1-2 years of experience in Food Manufacturing is required.
