About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Design Lead to join our Digital Factory DBF01 team at Accor. As a Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of product designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative and user-centered products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of product designers to design and deliver high-quality products that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors to inform design decisions.
  • Conduct design research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and inform design solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design systems and standards to ensure consistency and quality across products.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps and prioritize design efforts.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of design excellence within the team and across the organization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with design systems and standards, and the ability to develop and maintain them.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
