We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our Digital & Business Factory team at Accor. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the digital products and services that drive our business forward.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and align design strategies with overall objectives.
- Analyze business problems and translate them into design challenges, co-creating solutions that address the specific needs of B2B clients.
- Conduct user interviews to gain insights into end-user challenges, preferences, and workflows, informing design decisions and ensuring alignment with user needs.
- Utilize prototyping tools to create and test design concepts, allowing for iterative feedback and refinement before the final product is developed.
- Prioritize the creation of intuitive and efficient user interfaces, focusing on delivering seamless experiences that enhance productivity and satisfaction within the B2B context.
- Embrace an iterative design approach, continually refining and optimizing designs based on user feedback, changing business requirements, and evolving market dynamics.
- Over 5 years of seasoned expertise in product design, demonstrating a rich background in steering discovery processes and driving innovative solutions.
- Exhibit proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and atomic research tools, coupled with a solid understanding of relevant technologies and platforms.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration in complex environments.
- Cultivate empathy for end-users, integrating their perspectives into the design process to create products that resonate with user needs.
- Maintain a relentless customer focus, showcasing a deep understanding of end-users and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- Experience in procurement, finance, or accounting products is a strong plus.
- English and French are mandatory.
- Experience in Agile Development.
