Post Merger Integration Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Accompany and Pilot: Support operational directors and lead integration committees to ensure a smooth transition.
- Deploy the Integration Plan: Develop and implement the 100-day integration plan in collaboration with finance, HR, legal, R&D, and other teams.
- Reporting: Provide a detailed overview of the organization and company, and report on integration progress to the strategic committee.
- Analysis and Recommendations: Conduct in-depth analyses and propose strategic recommendations as part of internal consulting missions.
- Collaboration M&A: Work in synergy with the M&A team to ensure the effective execution of the integration plan and the recovery of Due Diligence data.
- Post-Integration Evaluation: Conduct post-integration evaluations of acquired companies and synergies to improve future processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in organizational consulting and/or transformation.
- Skills: Strong intellectual curiosity, analytical spirit, exceptional organizational skills, dynamism, rigor, proactivity. Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical ability, commercial temperament, and international openness.
- Language: Perfect mastery of French and English. Knowledge of another European language is an asset.
- Tools: Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
