Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Media Planning Manager to join our EMEA corporate communications team in Paris. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping SHEIN's corporate image and reputation in France.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute corporate communications campaigns to protect and grow the company's reputation, enhance engagement with key stakeholders, and support business growth in France.
- Work closely with business leaders in Europe and around the world, as well as the communications, government relations, and operations teams in France to define and drive communications strategies.
- Manage relationships and partnerships with key French media, including newspapers, magazines, and online publications.
- Coordinate communications responses to sensitive issues or crisis situations, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the local communications team and agencies to develop and implement communications strategies that meet business objectives.
- Provide counsel to senior business leaders on communications issues, ensuring that they are well-informed and prepared to address media inquiries and other communications-related matters.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in in-house or agency corporate communications roles, including significant time in a leadership position.
- Experience working with prominent brands, including on reputation protection, issues management, and creative corporate communications campaigns.
- Proven track record of driving corporate communications campaigns in France, managing projects on-time and on-budget to deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Existing strong networks at a senior level with key media in France.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship skills, with experience counselling senior business leaders on communications issues.
- Native-level French language; fluency in English.
