Job Title: Sales and Marketing Coordinator

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator at Accor Hotels, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement. Your primary responsibility will be to implement sales strategies and maximize business opportunities in your designated area of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a high level of exposure for the hotel through direct sales, telephone, fax, and written communications.
  • Generate and maintain customers of the corporate segment through various sales activities (face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment).
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set in the monthly and yearly forecasts and direct all efforts to maximizing the hotel's revenues and profits across all revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop, implement, and execute sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed targets set.
  • Provide feedback to the Director of Sales and Marketing on changing marketing conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct sales solicitation, telephone, and direct mail.
  • Ensure that Accor Sales and Marketing Policies and Standard Operational Procedures are adhered to at all times.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of F&B operations and sales strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
