As a key member of the Hyatt Hotels Corporation team, the Sales and Event Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of the Marketing Business Plan, ensuring that Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the Hotel and needs of associates.

The Sales and Event Coordinator will develop, monitor, and evaluate all Events related objectives, strategies, marketing plan, and actions in the Events Planning Department with the Director of F&B and Director of Sales to achieve or surpass forecasted revenues.

The Sales and Event Coordinator will implement the operational standards as per Hyatt Hotels Corporation Operations Manuals, establishing the Hotel as the undisputed trendsetter in Events Sales creativity.

The Sales and Event Coordinator will constantly review and monitor the guest service standards ensuring they meet the Hyatt brand standards and exceed the level of expectation of the market.

The Sales and Event Coordinator will spend time in each function/event to ensure that the function/event is managed well by Event Service and supporting team and functions to the fullest expectations.

The Sales and Event Coordinator will continuously seek ways to maximize revenues and profits by cross-selling and up-selling other facilities and services.

The Sales and Event Coordinator will ensure that all associates in the Events Sales Department are fully aware of market needs and trends and that their products meet these requirements.

The Sales and Event Coordinator will recruit, select, motivate, and develop Events Sales associates to work following the operational, financial, administrative philosophies and willing to become multi-skilled and perform multi-tasks.
