Votre mission
Au sein du département Finance Business Partner & Pricing, composé de 14 experts, vous aurez l'opportunité de contribuer à la performance financière et à la rentabilité des équipes de gestion. En tant que partenaire stratégique, vous fournirez des indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs) pour piloter la rentabilité, suivre les budgets, élaborer des plans stratégiques et participer à la détermination des prix en réponse aux demandes de propositions.
Vos responsabilités incluront :
- Audit des Partenaires Généraux : Analyse des fonds, structures de rémunération, et élaboration de mémos opérationnels définissant les règles basées sur les fonds existants.
- Contrôle financier : Mise à jour des structures de frais, conceptualisation et suivi contractuel, ainsi qu'audit des fonds domestiques et internationaux.
- Suivi de la ligne de métier : Analyse des résultats financiers et prévisions sur un périmètre défini.
- Collaboration sur les outils informatiques : Support à la définition des paramètres dans les systèmes comptables pour le calcul des frais de distribution.
- Études ad hoc : Réalisation d'analyses supplémentaires selon les besoins opérationnels au sein de l'équipe.
Profil recherché
Formation : Diplôme en Finance ou équivalent, issu d'une école d'ingénieur, de commerce ou d'une université (niveau Bac +4/5).
Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des outils Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) et intérêt pour la finance, la comptabilité et le contrôle de gestion. La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable.
Compétences comportementales : Vous êtes curieux, dynamique, autonome et rigoureux. Vous faites preuve d'organisation et d'une attention particulière aux détails, avec une forte culture du résultat. Vous êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement multiculturel et international.
