Job Title: Compliance Regulatory Conduct Senior Officer

As a key member of the Central Compliance Regulatory Conduct team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of conduct risks associated with Global Financial Services (GFS) activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an integrated conduct risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate conduct risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure consistency and effectiveness in conduct risk management practices.
  • Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines to support conduct risk management.
  • Provide guidance and support to business units on conduct risk management best practices.
  • Monitor and report on conduct risk management metrics and trends.

Requirements:
  • Higher education degree in a relevant field (e.g. law, finance, business).
  • At least 10 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in conduct risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
