Responsibilities

Your role includes:

  • Supporting the head chef in coordinating and leading services that prioritize customer satisfaction.
  • Leading a team of approximately ten talented individuals with enthusiasm and kindness, ensuring effective training and fostering a strong team spirit.
  • As a versatile professional, you will master various kitchen stations (hot, cold...) and prepare our signature "3 Brasseurs" dishes. Let your creativity shine through in daily specials.
  • Adhering to established procedures to maintain hygiene and safety standards, as well as ensuring the proper upkeep of facilities and equipment.
  • The head chef will depend on you for seamless stock management.
