ResponsibilitiesYour role includes:
- Supporting the head chef in coordinating and directing services with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Leading a team of approximately ten individuals with enthusiasm and kindness, ensuring effective training and fostering a strong team spirit.
- As a versatile professional, proficiently manage various kitchen stations (hot, cold...) and prepare our generous "3 Brasseurs" specialties. Let your creativity shine by crafting daily specials.
- Adhere to established procedures to implement and monitor hygiene and safety standards, along with the meticulous upkeep of facilities and equipment.
- The head chef will depend on you for seamless stock management.
Essential qualities for our recipe:
- A genuine passion for simple and generous cuisine.
- A solid blend of discipline, communication skills, and the ability to unite a team.
- Remember our key ingredient: a commitment to customer satisfaction, ensuring a harmonious kitchen environment.
- This traditional recipe ideally requires experience in a high-volume setting (minimum 150 covers), but your managerial character and motivation are what truly matter.
