**Job Title:** CNC Operator-Setter

Adsearch, a leading recruitment agency, is supporting a client in the valves and solutions industry for water flow control. We are currently seeking a skilled CNC operator-setter (Fanuc) to join their team.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Operate the machine at the expected pace, ensuring efficient production.
  • Change series, inspect finished parts, and prepare for the next series, maintaining a smooth workflow.
  • Adjust parts using probing or mounting, and make program modifications as needed.
  • Machining and inspecting produced parts, including deburring, washing, blowing, and organizing.
  • Create and update documents related to the position, including production monitoring and maintenance logs.
  • Perform first-level maintenance, machine upkeep, and cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify anomalies and report malfunctions to the team leader, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

**Required Profile:**

  • Education: CAP/BEP or Bac Pro in production or mechanical engineering.
  • Proficiency in Fanuc CNC systems.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Methodical, conscientious, and rigorous approach to work.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

**Job Conditions:**

  • Permanent Contract (CDI).
  • Shift work: 2 shifts.
  • Salary: €2000 gross on a 13.20-month basis, totaling €26400 annually plus a team bonus of €8.50 per day.
