About Bricomarché
Bricomarché is a local store par excellence, catering to a wide range of customers, from beginner gardeners to experienced DIY enthusiasts. Our store provides a one-stop-shop for all DIY needs, offering a vast selection of products and expert advice to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers at various points of contact in the store, including reception, cash registers, loyalty card, returns, and phone reception, while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction during their shopping journey by providing excellent interpersonal skills, listening ability, and a smile.
- Informing customers about store services and offering suitable solutions based on their needs and purchases at the cash registers.
- Handling item registration and finalizing purchases at the cash register, while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Mastering all procedures related to the proper functioning of the cash register and maintaining a high level of cash handling skills.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills and listening ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling procedures and cash register operations.
- Ability to work part-time hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Contract Details
- Fixed-term contract.
- 6 months duration.
- Non-executive status.
