Your Missions


We are seeking a team leader for our Insurance sector.


The Insurance activity within the Group is significant and diverse, encompassing various fields such as vehicle, housing, health, leisure, and multiple countries (Spain, Belgium, etc.).


To support these activities, we develop innovative tools for our clients on the Internet and mobile applications, such as a car insurance quote in 3 photos: https://www.creditmutuel.fr/fr/assurance/devis-auto-3-photos.html


For the thousands of customer-facing employees at Crédit Mutuel, CIC, Targobank, we create simple and effective solutions to aid them in their daily work.


Within this sector, you will lead a team of around a dozen engineers. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Leading, piloting, and animating the team's resources.
  • Establishing, coordinating, and following up on the team's action plan in collaboration with the domain manager.
  • Piloting projects.
  • Coordinating with outsourcing teams.
  • Maintaining relationships with the project management team.

What We're Looking for in You


You hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with 5 to 10 years of experience in management or project management.


You possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to communicate and obtain commitment. You have a sense of teamwork and are a force for proposal, eager to invest in management and drive progress within the team and department.
