This organization, characterized by its small size, is looking to strengthen its accounting team with a professional who possesses specialized knowledge in the insurance domain. As the Insurance Accountant, your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Overseeing the payment processes for benefits and commissions, as well as managing the collection of both individual and group contributions, and the integration of accounting entries.
  • Ensuring meticulous tracking of rejections and transfers.
  • Assessing the financial standings of reinsurers, co-insurance, and management for account and acceptance.
  • Engaging in the justification of contribution accounts, benefits, commissions, pending accounts, and various third-party interactions.
  • Collaborating with a senior accountant to prepare social and tax declarations.
  • Managing invoice processing during the absence of the designated responsible individual.
  • Contributing to the preparation of financial statements and technical reinsurance accounts.
  • Preparing ENS documentation.
  • Generating tax returns in partnership with the CFO.

The ideal candidate will possess a higher education degree in accounting and substantial experience in a comparable position within the insurance industry, ideally focusing on personal insurance.
