Position OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and support to our valued clients. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and genuine desire to help others will be essential in ensuring our clients' needs are met efficiently and effectively. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and friendly environment, interacting with clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Forward inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution.
- Issue certificates of insurance and verify coverage as needed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide accurate information regarding insurance products, coverage options, and policy details, ensuring clients have a clear understanding of their insurance needs.
- Assist clients with policy renewals, updates, and changes, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Process insurance applications, claims, and payments efficiently and accurately, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle administrative tasks and documentation related to customer interactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven customer service experience in a similar role (insurance industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian language is required, as this position involves interacting with clients who speak these languages.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity and experience with Zendesk, Office 365, and Insurance CRMs is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer interactions.
- Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
