Our Team

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our coordinating nurse and treating doctors to provide quality care for our residents
  • Perform and oversee resident care, ensuring the well-being and comfort of every individual
  • Coordinate with our healthcare team and external service providers to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Document resident health information accurately and efficiently
  • Prepare necessary materials for procedures, ensuring a smooth and safe experience for our residents
  • Ensure hygiene and comfort care standards are met, promoting a clean and comfortable environment for all
  • Update families on resident health status, providing clear and concise information

Work Schedule

You will work on a two-week rotation, with 10-hour shifts and one weekend every two weeks. We value adaptability and a commitment to resident well-being, and we are looking for someone who shares these values.
