Assistant Boutique Manager

Job Summary

Club Med Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Boutique Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Boutique Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the boutique, including managing the cash register, receiving and processing merchandise, and coordinating with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the boutique and manage the cash register
  • Receive and process merchandise, including handling returns and exchanges
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with Club Med standards
  • Plan and execute events, such as fashion shows and clearance sales, to drive sales and engagement
  • Manage a team of sales associates and provide guidance and support as needed

Requirements

  • 4 months of experience in a retail or management role
  • Proficiency in IT skills
  • Previous management experience and a strong track record of success
  • A strong desire to work for a company that values employee development and growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
