We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Auditor to join our team in Paris, France. As a Payroll Auditor, you will be responsible for supporting payroll and compliance processes and procedures, researching and resolving issues in accordance with local laws, and providing customer support to store associates.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate the collection and processing of documentation required by company policy and local regulations.
- Audit assigned country payrolls to ensure compliance with local company policy and statutory requirements.
- Partner with Home Office payroll auditors to ensure accurate and timely payrolls.
- Assist in filing for statutory payments and reporting to local governmental agencies.
- Provide customer service and resolve store associates' payroll-related questions.
- Support Home Office with research on local laws, customs, and cultural initiatives.
- Partner with other departments on related projects as needed.
- Completed Bachelor's degree or four-year equivalent in Business Administration or Accounting.
- One to four years of payroll experience preferred.
- Excellent level of French and business-level command of English.
- Knowledge of country laws pertaining to payroll, such as taxability, work rules, and governmental reporting.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to research and resolve problems with minimal turnaround time.
- Excellent time management skills.
