Job Title: Social Care Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Care Assistant to join our team at RAMSAY GENERALE DE SANTE. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and Supporting Patients: Provide a warm and welcoming environment for patients, listening to their concerns and needs, and offering guidance and support throughout their care journey.
  • Health Insurance and Benefits: Ensure patients are aware of their health insurance rights and benefits, including basic rights, ALD, and CSS.
  • Administrative Support: Process and maintain administrative files related to patient care, including opening, maintaining, and reinstating rights.
  • Social and Professional Integration: Assist patients in social and professional integration or reintegration, collaborating with specialized institutions as needed.
  • Therapeutic Projects: Contribute to the development of collective therapeutic projects that promote patient well-being and recovery.
  • Expertise and Assistance: Provide expertise and assistance to all stakeholders involved in patient care, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Patient File Management: Create, update, and maintain accurate and confidential patient social files.
  • Legal and Social Monitoring: Ensure ongoing legal and social monitoring to ensure patient rights are protected and respected.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Social Work: Hold a diploma in social work or a related field.
  • Experience and Skills: Bring a combination of experience and skills to the role, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills, empathy, and a strong understanding of patient needs.
