Job Title: Payroll Manager
Job Summary:
Audicer Conseil is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team in Saint-Pierre-du-Perray. As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Oversee the entire payroll process, from data collection to payment processing.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 2-3 payroll professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of payroll tasks.
- Client Portfolio Management: Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Technical Supervision: Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Reporting and Communication: Regularly report to the Payroll BU Manager on progress, provide updates on payroll news, and communicate with stakeholders from other departments.
- Procedure Development: Participate in the development of procedures for controlling payroll tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Team Meetings: Organize and lead payroll team meetings, promoting the exchange of best practices and ensuring team members are aware of common objectives.
Requirements:
- Education: Bac + 2 (DUT, BTS) or Bac + 3 degree in a relevant field, such as payroll, business management, accounting, human resources, or labor law.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in payroll, business management, accounting, human resources, or labor law.
