Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement packaging innovation plans to drive business growth and improve consumer experiences.
  • Collaborate with local R&I teams to define packaging briefs and ensure alignment with business ambitions.
  • Lead the implementation of sustainable development roadmaps for packaging and coordinate projects at the European level.
  • Manage the design of packaging models and solutions, ensuring superiority in value for the consumer.
  • Validate the performance and quality of packaging developed through industrial test sequences.

About You

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in modeling and simulation, preferably with packaging experience. Your skills and qualifications should include:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in modeling and simulation (CAD, FEA, CFD) in industry.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in team management.
  • Experience in project management and matrix organization.
  • Industrial design expertise, including knowledge of CAD, FEA, and CFD software.
  • Knowledge of fast prototyping technologies and equipment.
  • Project management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of packaging materials.
  • Managerial skills with a strong interest and motivation for the development of people.
