Job Title: Flexible Pipeline Lead Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Flexible Pipeline Lead Engineer to join our team in Paris. As a key member of our Flexible Pipe Department, you will be responsible for leading the execution of large projects, integrating client and project requirements, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop complete flexible solutions based on flexible pipeline cross-section design, in-place analysis, and equipment design.
  • Lead the team on site or remotely, managing budgeted hours, planning deliverables, and interfaces with R&D, manufacturing plant, and other project disciplines.
  • Collaborate with engineering disciplines and entities to ensure effective project execution.
  • Communicate with clients, specialists, and R&D teams to resolve technical issues and provide support.
  • Anticipate resource needs and develop execution plans for activities related to the specific domain.
  • Provide regular reports to the Project Engineering Manager and Department Manager.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree with a specialization in mechanical or hydrodynamic engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in subsea pipeline design.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Familiarity with Office Pack and Excel, with good notions of VBA or Python programming.
  • Autonomous, organized, and able to manage priorities, lead teams, and communicate effectively.
