Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Manager to join our team. As a Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our business operations comply with local legislation and regulations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and revising internal contracts to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Working with our legal advisors to ensure compliance with local legislation
- Developing legal drafting skills, including contracts, letters, and documents
- Performing compliance, labour, and privacy-related tasks
- Managing the life cycle of our contracts through our contract management software system
- Keeping track of termination notices and organizing internal files and documents
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced lawyer who is registered with the French Bar Association (Le Barreau). You should have a strong background in contract law and a proven track record of working with contract management systems.
