Supermarchés Match is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Fresh Produce to lead our team in delivering exceptional results across all our traditional department stands.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies that drive growth and profitability. Your expertise will encompass defining commercial and marketing initiatives, managing purchasing policies, overseeing supply chain operations, and ensuring financial targets are consistently met.

As a leader, you will guide a team of 30 dedicated employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. You will actively participate in cross-functional projects, contributing to the overall operational success of Supermarchés Match.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies for fresh produce across 115 stores.
  • Define commercial objectives and ensure alignment with company-wide goals.
  • Manage purchasing policies to secure high-quality products at competitive prices.
  • Oversee supply chain operations, ensuring efficient product flow and timely delivery.
  • Lead and motivate a team of 30 employees, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.
Qualifications:

We are seeking an accomplished professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry. You possess exceptional leadership skills, a proven track record of success, and a passion for driving results.
