Position: Supply Chain Transformation and Performance Manager
MBDA is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Transformation and Performance Manager to spearhead initiatives aimed at optimizing organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This role is integral to the Industrial Policy and Global Supply Chain Management Department.
- Oversee a comprehensive transformation initiative focused on enhancing operational performance across MBDA.
- Ensure alignment and synergy with existing transformation efforts within the organization.
- Assess and articulate the transformation requirements specific to your domain.
- Formulate and manage actionable plans and strategic roadmaps, adjusting them as necessary to meet evolving needs.
- Effectively allocate and manage project resources.
- Achieve targeted outcomes within established timeframes.
- Facilitate collaboration across various MBDA divisions and international locations for project execution and outcome realization.
- Establish and nurture networks and communities of interest both within the organization and globally.
- Communicate effectively to secure engagement and support from team members and stakeholders.
- Lead change management initiatives to foster employee involvement in the transformation process.
This role necessitates close cooperation with diverse departments and external partners, including industrial leadership, engineering teams, and suppliers. Regular travel to production facilities may be required.
Ideal candidates will possess an engineering degree or equivalent qualifications, along with a minimum of 10 years of project management experience in a technical industrial context involving multiple stakeholders. Strong communication abilities and a solid background in procurement and supply chain management are crucial. The successful candidate will excel in negotiating compromises with stakeholders to secure their support.
